- Assess cultural, communication, and management issues, and develop reinforcing, enhancing, and/or remedial alternatives
- Audit policies and processes for compliance, efficacy, and best practices
- Litigate contested cases in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels; before federal and state administrative agencies during investigative and enforcement phases; in arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution procedures

Training and Coaching
- Present group training and individual coaching in communication, employee performance management, and conflict management
- Prepare internal trainees to deliver training, including train-the-trainer and toolboxes for implementation and follow up
- Train supervisors in procedures that comply with legal requirements while promoting organizational values, such as managing employee performance, operating in today’s legal climate, establishing a positive and productive work environment, selection and hiring, and creative supervision
- Train executive employees on the primary principles for controlling employment-related risk

Developing policies, agreements and programs
- Create protocol and train supervisor and managers to provide an effective “First Response”TM to employee complaints
- Design customized policies, procedures, informational material, and forms, including employee handbooks, management manuals, single-distribution memoranda, and supervisory protocols
- Develop compliance programs
- Develop workplace violence policies, train appropriate staff in implementation, and assist employers to implement and train workplace violence critical response teams
- Develop agreements, including employment agreements, severance agreements, and collective bargaining agreements
